Delivery Options
The Online Pantry does not deliver outside the UK.
In order to provide best value our delivery prices are for the UK mainland only. This excludes certain areas of the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. If you require delivery to an area that is not included in our shopping cart please telephone us on (01934) 712347 or via email for a personalised delivery quotation.
We will endeavour to despatch goods within 4 working days of placing your order to any part of the UK mainland using a courier service. If we are unable to do this we will contact you.
On receipt of delivery, goods must be checked and in the unlikely event please notify us immediately of any goods found damaged within 24 hours.
Minimum order value is £15.
All orders £15 - £35 to UK Mainland only £5.95 postage.
Over £35 is free delivery for UK Mainland.
The Online Pantry shall not be liable for any goods which have been lost or damaged after the parcel has been signed for. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure all delivery details are correct.
